My body is really showing signs of neglect, I have been too busy to take care of it which is really sad. Few days ago i turned 30 so I decided to make a birthday resolution - take care of yourself.
Resolution 1: exercise daily. regardless of how busy I get I need to relax and exercise.
Resolution 2: eat healthy and avoid eating my stress away.
Resolution 3: drink 8 glass of water daily and at least cup of green tea.
Resolution 4: brush my hair at least 50 times a day.
Resolution 5: inhale and exhale exercise before i go to bed.
I will start with these 5 and go from there. I will make sure to blog my improvements.
